Sino-German Curriculum: Teaching on the Highest Level

The MANNHEIM & TONGJI Executive MBA provides you with a broad general management expertise with a strong focus on Sino-German topics. The focus of the program lies on strategy as well as on operations. We offer you a holistic approach including intercultural learning elements in China and Germany. Introductions in Chinese and German business behavior as well as team projects will give further insights into both cultures.

Courses

The program is composed in a modular format specifically tailored to the busy schedules of executives. The program consists of six self-contained modules on different management subjects (three in Mannheim and three in Shanghai). Each module consists of four different hard and soft skill courses (24 courses in total). It is possible to start the EMBA program with each one of the modules or individual courses.

Master Thesis

After the completion of all modules, participants will conclude the program with a Master Thesis in order to receive an EMBA double degree. If participants only attend single courses or modules they will receive a joint certificate from Mannheim & Tongji.
