In a globalized world, innovation and creativity are crucial to a company's success. While there is usually no lack of ideas in companies, the main challenge is how to turn a good idea into a success on the Chinese and/or German marketplace. This is why Innovation Management addresses strategies to successfully promote product and/or service, process and strategy innovations.
