Operations Module

In addition to covering strategic management issues of companies operating in Asia and Europe, the MANNHEIM & TONGJI EMBA program deals with operations management. In a global corporation the design, planning, and control of the processes that create and deliver the firm's products and services are as important as the understanding on how strategic decisions are taken and implemented in organizations as systems of interrelated activities.
