People Skills Module
In every cross-cultural business environment, human resource management (HRM) is one of the most important strategic topics - even more in the Sino-German business context. The integration of both cultures is an important element of a joint venture. Potential sources of cultural misunderstanding and conflicts have to be analyzed and synthesized in a common reference frame. Attention will be given to the critical strategic leadership issues of organization design, working together as a senior team, envisioning a future and acting on the vision, entering into sensitive debate and being resilient to cope with strategic dialogue, considerations of strategic HRM and how senior executives should cope with.
